                  快速調試電子地磅的方法

                  電子地磅使用的越來越多,但考慮到經濟方面,現在只有很少的廠家會把砝碼拉到現場去調試了,那是不是我們的地磅就不用調試了呢?不是這樣的,電子地磅安裝后,檢查電子地磅的各個部位連接是否完好,電子地磅不應與基礎任何部位接觸,電子地磅與四周護邊鐵間距為10mm—15mm。

                  調試前,須先打開電源開關預熱15分鐘,并盡量用載重量接近最大秤量的車輛,往返多次通過和在承重臺上剎車停留,用力矩扳手擰緊各稱重傳感器高強度螺栓。都是在工廠里面調好后出去的,那對于這種情況,我們該如何調試呢?下面我們就來講一講:

                  1、電子地磅承重點調試好后,將相當于最大秤量的砝碼均勻地加到電子地磅承重臺上,按照各種稱重顯示器的說明書所介紹的位置和方法,使顯示值與砝碼值一致后,取下砝碼,并確認空秤顯示為“0”即可。最后,將最大秤量分為若干份,其中須包括該秤的最小秤量、最大秤量及允差改變的各個稱量點,要求電子地磅各點的稱量誤差不大于各量點的最大允差要求。

                  2、用數字電壓表依次測量電子地磅各個稱重傳感器的輸出電壓,如存在不一致,可分別調整接線盒中相應兩只精密可調電阻,以減少相互間差異量。但調整量必須注意,兩只可調電阻的旋轉方向要一樣,旋轉量也要一樣,順時針轉動時其電阻減小,輸出電壓變大,顯示值增加,否則反之。直至調整到電子地磅各只稱重傳感器輸出一致。 調試一般可用重量法進行,即將1/10最大秤量的砝碼,依次放至電子地磅承重臺中心位置及各只稱重傳感器上方的承重臺上,并用實差法準確測出各只稱重傳感器輸出的差異量,同時分別調整電子地磅各個承重點稱重傳感器相應的兩只精密可調電阻,減少相互間的差異量,但旋轉方向和旋轉量也一樣。
